Planning
Planning is the main part about creating my magazine as I can realise what my magazine will look like. Of course, looking at my planning while making the actual magazine will help as I know where I am going to be putting my photos and articles. As planning my magazine ahead of time helps me with my time management and project management as the stress of where I am going to put my information has gone. Also with my annotations they have helped me with what i am going to place my articles and photos. So i don't forgot when i place them and to make sure my articles don't get placed twice on different pages as well as photos.

History of the ashes
As the new Ashes series is coming up, we will have to start from the beginning as the Ashes started on the 29th of August 1882. As the bail of the 3rd test match was burnt and put inside an urn and is still the trophy now. Even if the Ashes started 140 years ago as it was the first win the Australians had over the English on England soil. The ashes were becoming a symbol for the rivalry between England and Australia and the name Ashes was adopted and became a cricket series between each other. There has been 70 ashes test matches so far and between Australia and England it is nearly a 50/50 split between both as Australia has been able to retain the ashes 33 times and England have retained it 32 times.
The Ashes always brings drama off and on the field as these are my personal favourite moments of the ashes. The first one s when Ben Stokes takes on Australia by himself and completes one of the greatest come backs in cricket history. Ben Stokes was on fire in 2019 as he scored 135 not out hitting 11 fours and 8 sixes including some reverse sweeps for six. While England had only 1 more wicket in hand Ben Stokes was Playing risky shots. As his batting patner was jack leach who was not a batsman only got 1 run as many people say the best single ever as he had to keep calm and not get out. Then Ben Stokes smashed a 4 to win the game and sending everyone to raptures in the stands and in everyones living room in England. One of the funniest moments in Ashes history is when Freddie Flintoff turned up to number 10 downing street very drunk and obnoxious which made the headlines on the news. As England beat australia in the 2005 Ashes so Flintoff thought he could celebrate in style. One of the next best Ashes moments in my opinion is when Marnus Labuschange was hit in the head with the ball but he got up immediately and carried on. He had to take the precautions with concussion protocol as he was a concussion substitute for Steve Smith which at the time was one of the best batsmen in the world. He had a dream debut and scored 59.
Target audience
My main target audience is under 18 to 25 years old, but there were some that answered that they were over 25 years old so there will be a older audience so I will have to think about them as well as the younger audience. This will help me structure my magazine to suit my target audience. I would like my product to get young people involved in cricket more as cricket can as a old mans sport especially the Ashes. I am going to do player profiles which means people could be inspired by one of the professionals I will be talking about and they might find similarities with each other and be inspired
